About H11/c11
Large clearance for parts that must assemble easily despite dirt, heat or poor alignment: agricultural machinery, brake linkages, loose pulleys.
At Ø25 mm the hole H11 measures 0 mm to +0.130 mm and the shaft c11 −0.240 mm to −0.110 mm, giving a clearance of 0.110 mm to 0.370 mm.
How the limits are calculated
Hole H11: fundamental deviation EI = 0, standard tolerance IT11 = 130 µm for 18–30 mm. Shaft c11: fundamental deviation es = -110 µm, IT11 = 130 µm. Clearance = hole − shaft, evaluated at both extremes. Values per ISO 286-1:2010.
